Smile I finally did it! I went ROEHL!
I'm going to the ROEHL 3 week CDL school in Marshfield Wisconsin, as a refresher [I have had my CDL for 12 years, but have zero experience.] and afterward, will enter their on the job training, called, for some reason Evolution I, II, & III. [Maybe we are supposed to evolve from students to drivers?] I start the CDL school Monday, September 22, 2008.

I've been scheduled Orientation on Oct 6th in Gary IN on the 7/4 7/3 flatbed. Still waiting to hear from a few others but if they don't follow through, it will be big red for me too. Just hoping all the recent negativity I'm reading on this site isn't indicitive of a total downslide of the company... It looked so good 2 months ago on paper! lmao!

Well, looks like I might be coming back. The job market out here is sucking right now and my coveted local job fell through before it even got started. I've been working as a stock clerk since then, ready to get back on the Big Road. And before somebody says, "I told you so." I wouldn't be going OTR is I had a local job, but so goes life.

start at marshfield oct 13 i too have had my cdl for 10 years but omly driving local pick up with gooseneck. going national team dryvan. anyone else up there then?
