You can lease as soon as you start for Schneider, but they require you to have 6 months previous driving experience. I put in my application to lease about 4 weeks ago and they just got back to me this morning asking for my budget info to further qualify me. So hopefully I'll have a lot more information soon about their Choice lease. I've already written the recruiter telling them I'm only interested in the Choice program, if I can't get it I'll just stay a company driver and TE.

Im actually about to start with Schneider...again. Round 2 if you will. I did 6 months with them the first time but this time around I want to lease and purchase a "old pumpkin carriage" I figure get one of the ol company trucks thats is good shape and own one of them.

In any kind of Lease, your name is never on the Title as "Owner", you are not purchasing, you are Leasing, you may be named as "The Leasee" but never owner on a Lease.
When you are in Orentation and the Instructor says "Leasee" he means it's time for lunch - Lets Eat.
