I was wondering that too. I assume the top statement is your current job? I don't remember seeing any statements like that working for Schneider.

One thing I can tell you is it is all up to the individual. I make more than their projected statements you posted. I found we have the potential as IC choice to make more depending on how you run compared to most company type drivers. But we also have more liability. Just really depends on what you want. I wanted to make more and have more freedom but it also required some sacrifice, planning and being self motivated. In my opinion, best choice I ever made.

Your first 3 months look like about what I am making here at Scheinder. The rest of the year I actually think I improved it a little. Maybe you were taking time off tho during April-June. If the April through June was the best the company would allow you to do then definitely could do better here. Also does your current job allow you to pick your own loads. We have choice which allows us to route ourselves. Nice bit of freedom you won't find in to many places.

Is this what you're getting a month? Cause I was told o/o with Schneider made significantly more than that.

Can't pm you since I'm new to the forum. But here is my question: Hi. My husband has been driving since Oct 2010. He is an o/o with Central Ref. He is also an instructor. We heard about Schneider through his previous trainer who is also considering moving over. Do you think I could ask you a few questions for them?

No, that has to be what he is getting per week! It sounds about right. However, his truck payment is probably lower than mine because I have to bring in gross revenue of $4000 to clear about $1300 to $1500. When running hard usually will gross about $4400 to $4800 and clear anywhere between $1700 to $2200 per week. Still trying to hit the gross revenue over $5000 but haven't hit that yet. Heard others say they have.

You pay for everything except tolls. Permits I think is $40 a year. IFTA varies , and base plate is $35 a week. Qualcomm is free.
