Rickyrobby is correct. Basically they take it out of your settlement each week and it goes into escrow and they pay it when it is due. They handle it for you so you are always legal. Yes it is electronic logs

If you go on the Lease Program, and you get a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia Evolution, to break even you need to run 1400 miles a week, anything after that is yours.

If you can't run more then 1400 miles a week you are having serious problems.

So do you own your own truck outright or are you doing the lease/own program?

Also, if we pick up a load that only takes 24 hrs to get it there and it's got 4 days on it, how do the drops work and how do drops get paid? Do they only pay out if you are the delivering driver or how does that work?

your truck payment is too high,...especially if you run good miles,...you will struggle at best.

I'm got a slightly used 2014 Cascadia Evolution with 20,600 miles on it, got a good bargain. On my deal, I need 1400 miles to break even. I'm used to running 2800 miles a week, so that won't be hard.:biggrin_25520:
