Hi I am starting orientation in Green Bay on the 7th and am just wondering what to expect, and how long to expect to be out with a trainer.

depending on your aptitude at the skills, anywhere from 7-14 days. I split time with another trainee and was only out for 8. Be open to whats said and try to apply whats been said.

Pay attention in trip planning at orientation. Do all the home work they give you. It WILL help when you are out here on your own.

    Good Luck and welcome aboard.

Congrats. I start in Dallas on the 7th. I was told I would be out anywhere from 5 to 10 days with a trainer. Who knows.

I am starting in Green Bay tomorrow, too. My recruiter said that we would be out with the trainer from Sunday-Sunday. They have changed the way that orientation/training operates in the last month, and apparently the new system is a lot better for both SNI and trainees, too. Good luck to you.

From what I have read here in the forums, it seems like a good idea to keep a blog of the day-by-day aspects of the Orientation/Training process, so I am doing that. If you go to my profile, you can get a link to my blog from there.
