Things to know for Schneider Orientation

I think girl2xl must have hit the road with a trainer since she was anxious to answer questions and then dropped off the forum a few weeks ago. Look forward to her return to cyberland. I have a pre-hire from SNI (along with Werner and Roehl). Won't finish CDL school here in MN until Mid May.

you guys can ask all the question you want im with schneider have been for about 6 months now and i really dont have any compliants about much, just remember and i can't stress this enough YOU GET WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT, work hard for them and they shall do the same as long as its resinable but ask me question if you want to just remember im a driver i can only get on at certain times, right now im covering for a dedicated route and i love it, be dependable, if you dont feel safe DONT DO IT, you are the captain of your ship as they say but as i aways say PLAN FOR THE UNEXPECTED it will happen dont get mad just set back and laugh thats what i do when something goes wrong, but dont get me wrong i do get upset at times, it happens to the best of us. toay i blew a tire 58 miles away from the indy oc i had to set close to 3 hours, like i said its going to happen, and please when and if you do come to the pumpkin patch i cant stress it enough do your pre trip it cant prevent timely break downs, i wish you all the best of luck into this new world your coming upon, and welcome to profesional truck driving, be perfesional and curtious
