How to go about getting our old logs?
Does anyone know how to go about getting our old logs? Is there a link on crossroads or another site that we need to download them from?

No IRS audit. I was told Schneider just keeps them for 6 months and if you dont get them by then there gone to the great abyss. But that is why I want them just in case i get an audit in the future. I dont have my own paper logs anymore, I have noticed some Schneider drivers still do the paper logs as well as the e-logs. I would rather just print mine off online if possible.

https://dhos.myqualcomm.com/dhm/ is the website to get your logs. There is also a link in the "Online Tools" list on the bottom left part of Crossroads.
Company Name: Schneider
You will need your driver number and the unique PIN the company provides.
If you don't have your PIN you have to contact regulatory and they can E-Mail/USPS the letter with your pin.
Took a few days for me to get the E-mail.
