Got pre hire then disqualified

    Got pre hire from schnider,i was about to go to my dot physical.I got a call from my recruiter saying i had a couple of tickets on my record,nothing major.She told me to pay the two tickets off,then call them.I have spoken with my recruiter.Al she said was let me check on your status.Thats it What does this mean.Am i disqualified for life or what.

    so did you disclose the tickets to the recruiter. Any ticket, no matter how smalll needs to be disclosed, because companies will see them on your MVR when they run your name.
    Hard to say if your banned for life. Probly depends on the sevirity of the tickets.

    I payed both tickets the same day. I also faxed the copies of both recites to her fax ##Thanks for the reply.

    SNI can be picky if you did or they think you intentionally tried to hide something they would withdraw there invitation to orientation. Just be honest about everything with you're recruiter even if you left it off your app but told the recruiter about it you're usually good.

    You needed a recruiter to convince you that you had to pay your tickets? Maybe that's one reason you were disqualified?

    2 tickets in a three year period. Insurance may not cover him.

    You won't be able to lease with Schneider until you have experience. I believe at least 90 days before they will seriously consider you.
