O.K. a couple of basic questions about Scneider's Lease Program ?

    (a) Do they offer Lease to BUT Programs ?....When The LAST PAYMENT is DONE....I OWN The TRUCK ! with TITLE in Hand !

    (b) Can a driver, after signing on to thier Lease to Own Program,go Directly to thier Pick your Own freight ( Percentage of load ) Board....Or is there some kind of Training Period ?

    (c) I have been asking for 10 YEARS ! Living in So. floridaa, and still to this Day,they DON'T Hire south of Jacksonville !....It use to be up to Orlando, but even that is to far South for them !
And what I DON'T UNDERSTAND for the Life of me is WHY ? They DON'T Hire O/O's from Miami....I mean if the FUEL & Freight ( which is thier EXCUSE for NOT HIRING ),is being used for Comapny Hires....Fine I can Understand that......But IF I'm PAYING for the #### FUEL & TRUCK !.....What difference does it make NOT to Hire out of Miami !:biggrin_25513:

To add Insult....i've even told them throughout the Years, thaat I'm single and Basically Live on the Road.

    And STILL they say : ' NO ! '....Go Figure ? ! :biggrin_25513:

Because freight to fl isn't always there so why would they pay to dh you to get freight?

Miamitrucker its easy to get around them not hireing out of sofla. If you have family in another state use their address get that state license and then after you get hired swtch you license back to fl. After you get hired they don't care where you live, its just a big deal while trying to get hired. I did it. I'm from fort lauderdale and everybody told me know so I switch my license.

The answer is simple. Because drivers will say they don't care about home time, they swear on their mother's grave that it doesn't matter to them if they ever get home. Then if a carrier makes an exception and hires them, they quit in three months. Why? They never get home! Happens 9 times out of 10.
