my on guard seemed to do this for awhile when i first got it and after 50 miles in the morning it would start working. maintence always tells me to turn the batterys off and back on and that resets the on guard system. if neither of these work then shop here you come.

No the on guard is green and tracks the other cars, kinda cool actually. I did get it to go red by hitting the demo mode but that was at like mile 200. I was trying everything to get my cruise to work. I even called maintence, not sem, but real maintenance thinking that maybe this was a common problem and they could not help. One more thing does everybody else have that stupid mini closet.

Shutting the ignition off with the truck stopped should be enough to get a complete reset of the OnGuard. Of course, the battery switch kills everything.

Park your truck set the brakes and get out of the tractor. Look at the floor space between drivers base and door sill that's the master switch. Its there its on all cascadias. Didn't a osr or CSR go over that tractor? Did u watch the training videos? Do you know u have to add def and there's a gauge showing level. Don't run out or plan on ####ttting. Those trucks are temperamental. Is it a 2014

If it's a 2014 the shop probably hasn't set the computer parameters up yet. Have the shop hook up the laptop and they can fix it in a few minutes.
