Would like to get some input from team drivers, good , bad what to expect. Are the miles that they advertise true? Is the income potential correct ? They said they can help match me up with someone. Any advise would be greatly appreciated this is a big decision, thanks.

Miles are 5-6 k. You are not going to make 70k starting out, LOL. But you will do better than solo guys starting off, and it's good to have an extra pair of eyes while you are learning. Team driving is much easier than solo. But you have to sleep while the truck is moving, not an easy thing. Good luck.

If your right about the miles than with what I was told would be my per mile than around $63k should be right. Just wondering if there are any other Schnieder quirks I should no about. Thanks

I see you have 4 years experience. 63k might be doable if you never go home. It's all drop and hook.

Team drove in 2011. Switched to solo, hard to live w another guy in the truck 24/7. Schneider does treat teams well-good equipment and lots of freight.

was told 50 cpm plus quarterly bonus and yes you split the miles but not the pay and home weekly ( what ever that means). I have a phone interview on Monday so I will find out more then. I hope the trucks are better than last time they tried to stick me in a piece of S*** last time , cracked windshield, bottles on the floor that I assumed contained urine, trashed, it was really bad. They gave me something a little better. I hated it when I would shut the truck off at night and the lights only lasted a few minutes and then they would shut down to conserve battery power. I have a CP machine so that was a nightmare until they gave me a car battery in a bag with alligator clips to run it after after a week of ########. I had a DBL that kept sending me on little 150-300 mile hops even though I was an OTR driver, I stayed 2 months and quit. I still have an uneasy feeling about Schneider since the last time and I am still on the fence about this. Been driving locally, Mon - Fri 7am to 3pm really easy job , great people to work for but not much pay this should double that. I Hope !!! I'm wondering about the off season and what will we be hauling during the slow time of the year. I was told there is an assigned dispatcher for this that will only be handling the HD account not sure if that's true yet I take everything said with a grain of salt. My wife wants me to stay home but she is leaving it up to me we have been together for 31 yrs and still in love with each other our kids are grown and we are expecting our 6th grand child. My daughters are having it tough so I want to help them out financially as well. If anyone who is currently driving team with Schneider could give me the lowdown I would really appreciate it. Thanks

    Dude you split miles and
pay. Example 6000 miles a week =3000 for you x .50 =1500 gross. If you are home weekly you will not approach 60 k. Most teams stay out 3 weeks at a time. BTW .50 sounds pretty high for only 4 yrs experience.
