Unless the dirt suddenly starts to affect the fuel economy, I will be getting my truck washed sometime in May. White Lightning is looking pretty grey right now from all the salt spray. May her name for the Winter will be "The Grey Ghost". :biggrin_25526:

Hanging out it Fontana waiting to deliver load at 1400, then off to Chino for PU heading to Oxnard, Then Over to Bakersfield and on to Dallas TX.. Warm temps and sunshine ahead ..Should be a good run!

This week took a high payer load to Phoenix and dirt cheap load back to Fontana ...But then, taking 2 short High payer loads here around southern Cal followed by a long average load to Dallas.. All loads are under 20,000 lb.. That's how I like to.. get-er done! :biggrin_25525:

660 miles today and working late into the night! My dispatcher is working me like a mule....What the hell..?? :biggrin_25523:

549 miles to make delivery in TX tomorrow.. Should be an easier day. The previous load had a flat on the trailer when I picked it up.. It was light and only 134 miles to delivery. Could of delivered it like that, but.. not my style, so I went to nearest TA to get it fixed..Unfortunately, it took them 4 hours to get that done... Crazy!!! Non the less it put me behind schedule and had to run a bit harder last couple of days to make it up.. Oh well .. Still can get this load delivered on time to end a decent tour this 1st partial week out from home time..

    Trucking on!

Yeah I hate it when you design a really nice schedule, then a thing or many things begin to compress the schedule. Then a nice pace becomes a PITA.

Yesterday banged out a short 3 stop load From TX to LA. Kicked backed most of the day today and then tomorrow picking up in Shreveport and heading on up to Indy! Just trying to dodge the snow flakes when possible. Great weather down here in the south lately, whew! hate to leave this area of the country, but gotta go north for a bit ... run on!

Out of Indianapolis heading on down to South Carolina then doing couple short loads in Carolina's and south VA. Still dodging the weather for the most part and making good money..Life is good!! On Monday I will probably be in a little freezing mix in parts of VA. Will see what happens after that. Maybe head back toward the west..
