Ah more like "here, you handle it" kinda thing. Maybe that person did called and no one showed up? I called for a blown tire and the next day I came back to pick it up and nobody came to fix it.

 

Nope anther driver im friends with. He pu loaded sealed then dropped loaded at customer.

 

if no one gets paid to babysit a trailer while its being repaired

if i pick up a loaded trailer and it has a host of problems, and i know reporting it means i sit and not make money, you can bet the next man will inherit it

 

I've had that happen alot.

 

You can write what defect are. The ones I like getting are OOS Dvirs. just call dbl or mantince they can tell what's wrong with trailer.

 

Here's another one.....drivers not red tagging oos trailers. So we try pulling out the gate and then having to back out cause it's oos...

 

Read the dvir when u get it. If it shows oos then don't take it.

 

i have no idea but only once did i call in about a trailer i was picking up and sni knew of its issues but still had it loaded. wrecker to the rescue.
