very few if any company teams post here ot my knowlegde. but the jist is , teams are supposed to get priority dispatch, new trucks frequently. unsure on the pay itself. would vary by region or base OC I think.

I was able to talk to one guy that was a part of a team. He hated it because his partner was a guy who didnt NEED the money from driving so he only drove maybe 200 miles a day while he drover about 450-600 miles and was pretty much giving his money to the other guy because of the whole splitting miles thing.

If you team at SNI, and you have a good team partner, you can make serious bank. SNI loves their teams, every team I have talked to seemed real happy. A lot of them are husband/wife teams and they love it. Tried to talk my wife into driving once the kids are out and gone, but then I remember how she drives her Jetta and changed my mind!

I'm still looking at schneider, and some other companies for teaming. There's so many companies to choose from it gets confusing.

Im in same boat. I do know 2 guys been with Schneider for 20+ years both who team. 75k plus if your willing to run. New trucks a lot and you go first over all the other solos. Seems good but there is a lot smaller companies who leave you alone and let you run with better trucks and time off options. Decisions decisions

Why do you want to TEAM unless you can stand being cooped up with someone who isn't your significant other it will get old fast...My wife and I teamed at SNI for 4 plus years and we loved it and were treated great. We made excellent money but also ran 7k miles a week most weeks of course this was in 04-08 when the freight was unbelievable. We were company for 1 year and then drove for a Fleet owner for 6 months and then bought our own truck and did great. But all the money came to the same house...
