Why is this company looking so hard for drivers lately?

Ask UPS,wal-mart, some union jobs.
why don't these companies hire 300
drivers a week.

It couldn't possibly be higher pay,
no, it must be the color of their trucks.
Yea that's it,that's why drivers stay there
for years on end,it's the pretty trucks !

 

Schneider is busting at the seams with freight demand from customers. It is true they need to up the pay for new company drivers. A CDL is a marketable skill at any stage. Safety remains good business. While no company is perfect they top Covenant, JB, Prime, Heartland by any stretch of the imagination.

With companies like CR England teetering on the brink of extinction with their deplorable safety and maintenance records and lesser companies falling by the wayside is it any wonder Schneider wishes to step up and meet the demand.
