    Yeah they were saying there was gonna be a choice on bulk but honestly I'm not sure how it will come together with tank washes etc .. I see it being hard to put together

    The Driver Safety Leader at the training center in HOU said that the IC Choice program for bulk was probably 1-2 years away.
