Sadly it's the mx but I'll make due with it. As long as it runs I'm happy I had to make sacrifices. The feds want to limit all trucks to a certain speed by next year. I'm glad I didn't get a Volvo passing through

New regulation is coming down the pipeline exactly as fast as was predicted – which shouldn’t be a surprise given what it concerns. The speed limiter rules that the DOT warned might be coming this year are indeed slated to be published before the end of the year.
The DOT has just sent the proposed rule on to the office of the Secretary of Transportation last week and it is expected to make its way to the White House’s Office of Management and Budget for approval in early September. It is expected that the rule will be published on December 12[SUP]th[/SUP] to begin its 90-day public comment period.
The ATA and Roadsafe America jointly asked for the DOT to require speed limiters in trucks with a GVWR of more than 26,000lbs. Since the rule has not yet been made public, it is not yet known exactly what provisions it will contain.
According to the DOT report, implementing the rule should be fairly inexpensive since “all heavy trucks already have these devices installed, although some vehicles do not have the limit set.”

What do you all think of this rule proposal I personally think it's a tragedy it's gonna cause more traffic because we are ask stuck at the same speed no one can pass at all and drag races will last for 500 miles between swift and jb

i would think speed limit rule wouldn't be set less then the 75 or 80
that many of the western states have for limits
