So im looking at companys.. I'm with a decent company ATM but things are going down hill here. So im keeping my options open. Whats it like working for Choice program? How much are the truck payments? Whats the average take home.. I know it depends on the person. I like to run HARD i love 3,000+ miles a week.. Currently taking home around 900-1300 a week when im running...

Also am i able to see the load bored without being hired at SNI so i can see what the rates are?

There are several choice threads that have all those answers in them.

    To answer your questions:

    Good.

If you have no o/o experience they will make you contribute to the managed maintenance account which varies on the age of the truck if you choose to lease from SNI. Payments are roughly 1000-1100 a week for EVERYTHING including the truck payment, all insurances, maintenance account contribution, etc.

Take home is so dependent on how you want to run and where you want to run and how often/long you want to go home for. You should be able to take home significantly more than you are now, but remember it is not taxed so you have to save for that. Also remember you'll be on your own for health insurance which depending on your situation could be a huge deal breaker. You can run hard no problem if you're the type of driver that will take absolutely any load going anywhere. SNI has a ton of freight. Or you can be like me and be super picky and take only the loads you want, going where you want, and going home... all the time. Won't bring as much home though. Just depends on your personal situation and goals.

SNI does not offer you the ability to see the load board unless you are leased on to them.

Just trying to decide i live in a GREAT area for companys lol... just don't know what to do ATM lol. I could do local jb hunt work. Could work for walmart but i dont wanna be micro manged lol. and ofc Tyson foods ...

On the other note ive read most of ur thread about 60pages+ lol. Do they help you figqure out your CPM or help you with a spreadsheet for that? Also is there away to get a dedicated route as a lease driver? What type of credit are they wanting to get a used truck from them(Schneider Finance)?

SFI provides you with six months free service from ATBS, a trucking tax service who provides you with your cost per CPM, profit and loss statements, etc... Google ATBS to find out more about them...
I believe lease ops can get dedicated accounts, but would be best to call Schneider about that... Look at schneiderjobs.com....
SFI is willing to work with you regardless of credit, from what I have seen....
However, I had a used truck to start with, which was a POS, and then got a new truck... Payment difference is $50 a week and everything is covered under warranty now... Everybody's situation is different....

Yeah, sadwar, your used truck turned out to be a POS, but it sure was purty! ;)

As for your question regarding a dedicated route, I have seen on their site openings for dedicated runs for l/p or o/o in my area. You would have to do a job search where you are or maybe just call. FYI, I have an app with them to l/p and run on the choice board, cause all the dedicated stuff pays less.
