I applied to schneider van division a week ago, got the ok too come to orientation next week, but I'm really want to do tanker, so I talk to a schneider bulk recruiter the other day and she said I lived more than 140 miles from Charlotte, but I'm willing to leave my personal vehicle at the terminal to drive back an forth on hometime. I don't see the problem. If I can't get in the Bulk division I will drive else where. Anybody no anything that could help me out.

I don't see a problem either. I live 180 miles from their terminal. Waaay outside of their hiring area. They know it too.

Schneider Bulk, Houston.
harlycharly55 and robbiecox6 Thank this. -
I Just used my cousins address in Houston, I'm is orientation right now in Houston with Schneider Bulk. So I just actualy have a mailing address but nowhere to really 'LIVE' in Houston, atleast not yet.
robbiecox6 Thanks this. -
They want you to live within fifty miles of your terminal. Its a driver fatigue issue.
I had to agree to move from the Corpus area to Houston to get accepted. Its not a big deal for me because I have friends in Houston and can use one of their addresses. I also have a motor home to park in their driveways! I haven't told them about that part yet.
I won't be taking it up for the first couple of months though. I'm gonna get through that orientation and hit the road for a couple of months.harlycharly55 Thanks this.
