question about schneider's pre-hire work screen

    Does anyone know the specifics about Schneider's pre-hire physical test ? I am pretty sure I can pass the workout without much problem, but the height to weight thing got me when I tried to enlist in the army..

    If anyone has any info or details about the test, I would love to hear it.

    yeah, I saw that video too. That is why I am asking for more info. I am currently doing interior painting as a 1099 subcontractor for 8 hours per day. So, doing their little test shouldn't be too much of a challenge. I am just worried about their weights and measurements nonsense. I put on a ton of mass when I played football and have genetics to carry a lot of weight with my frame. The army was very strict and am wondering what Schneider will accept or won't accept. Either way, I will be starving and working out as much as possible for the next month and a half, but it would be nice to have a goal.

    yep this is it. KEY very KEY point is to breathe as normally throughout this. Guys hold their breath and BP shoots up as well as heart rate. THAT is what gets guys sent home.

    Have you ever seen some of the truckers at the truck stops? Schneider has their fair share of monstrosities. I'm not exactly on the Jenny Craig program, but there are guys two times my size here and I'm 320 or so.

    this is to see if you can preform the usual work with these simulated exercises. 5 stations I think. its easy stuff. just breathe and you'll be fine.
