I'm considering Schneider for the Regional position, I live in NC near Burlington. Could someone give me some info such as:
home time, is it really weekly
pay & average miles per week
training period length
And do Schneider allow you to park the truck at home while on home time
Considering Schneider info please

As far as the training goes its around 17 days ( longer for bulk ). First week is classroom and driving you will stay in a hotel. Second week you go
out OTR with a TE making deliveries and you live in the truck. The third week is more classroom some driving and your final tests on the
computer, QUALCOMM, and driving. -
How are the miles right now at schneider
do they allow you to take the truck home -

Northeast regional should work out pretty well for you
EggoTrucker Thanks this. -
Cool, how strict is schneider as far as idle time, and what are the trucks speed governed at?

Can't idle between 30-70 degrees....I think somebody correct me... It will auto shut off if you do -
In van OTR trucks, the auto-shut down is between 10* & 80* F. But they all have a diesel bunk heater that will run with the engine off. A few trucks have a battery powered APU that also have A/C, and the shut-off is 10*-90*. But they are hard to get because drivers hold on to them.
