did I ever mention that hills in West Virginia suck raw eggs.

 

I should be at my delivery tonight for a live unload in the morning then pick up my Virgina load back to Knoxville then home tomorrow evening maybe stay home till Wednesday or Thursday and then back at it again

 

I feel as though I should've tried harder this week I kinda lounged for 2 days and took it easy but I did drive like I stole it the other 5 days ........well sorta

 

I'm at the consignee well in the dirt path next door waiting for am live unload. The good thing is My clock won't start til I leave here and I should be home tomorrow evening. Guess I'll kick back and watch The Dukes of Hazzard ( not the movie the original series ). Did I mention over Christmas I installed my 32" TV and Blu ray player. It's sweet watching tv now.

 

Delivered load this morning picked up load this morning delivered load this evening and now on my way to the house for a cold one........ oh and revenue for this week is 6360.09 but I hustled for it.

 

OK for the 36 weeks I've been Leased to SNI with an SFI truck I have grossed 129,123.77 to the truck before ANY deductions. Now to be fair I took off a week in June,July, August,September 5 days straight in October and 5 in November 10 days at Christmas as well as almost every week 2 days at home except for 3 or 4 weeks then it was a pass thru.

So for the 36 weeks it averages out to 3586.77

For the 29 weeks it averages 4452.44 per week.

I could make more by working more but WHY? I chose choice for the choice to choose to work as I chose. It's about Hometime and MONEY for me so I run hard while I'm out and I'm not afraid to go where I need to or to run tight schedules.

I've told anyone who will listen or read it's about being able to trip plan and manage your time and money.

Don't get into this thinking you'll get rich I didn't but I knew I could make money and do it my way if I was willing to work hard and do what it takes to be successful. Some may say I'm not successful but that's judging me by their standards or definition of success. By my standards (which is all I give a #### about) I was and continue to be successful.

My definition of success is to be able to provide for my family as well as participate in my family and I've done both.

It's not easy but it is do-able.

So I have booked wed from TN to IL then IL to WI then WI to TX so far and that'll take me to saturday.

 

Well I'm still sitting at Home about to go out and have breakfast or Brunch and then clean the truck well the inside weather might not let me clean outside.
