It seems drivers at other companies are getting 2200-2500/week. Just cruising at 65 mph vs 60 driving on a highway for 8 hrs/day will give you extra 200 miles/week.
Are you saying if I go OTR at Schneider I can be home every week?

Once you transition to your regular board, it will get better. You are still under your 0-90 day dbl. Training dbl if you will. Hang tight. It WILL get better. What schedule do you run?

Start here with the info you share with us.
what is the schedule you have been running
What is the schedule you WANT to run?
what is the schedule you would be willing to run?

Once you get with your regular dbl things will change.

You CAN make make good money running regional, I did it for a while, I was averaging 2300 miles a week hardly every leaving Ohio. Like Mickey said, you are still on your "training" DBL and in my experience, they are typically "in training" as well, I never got good miles with my training DBL when I was new, for some reason they have a mentality that you can't handle a lot of miles. Hang on till you get your permanent DBL and see if it gets better. Sit down and have a talk with them about your expectations. Also make sure your NAT's and such are always good. I have seen some drivers complain about miles and not know how to use their NAT properly.

    mickeyrat Thanks this.

Schedule varied week to week. Last few weeks I started on Friday or Saturday and home (last day of work) Tuesday or Wednesday. They told me if I started on Monday I'd get better loads. I can try that for a few weeks, but even when I worked full 7 days (Sunday-Saturday) my gross was about $200 more so still low miles in proportion to days worked.

I didn't set my NAT's the first couple of weeks until DBL explained it to me (I guess I didn't pay 100%attention in class), but then I did and didn't see any difference in miles.
