My brother has 6 months on a dedicated route total experience (after school/orientation). His hours have become erratic sometimes driving
all day and the very next trip all night and never knowing when he will get home time or for how long. Basically no routine.
He is interested in an Intermodal job with Schneider and has a scheduled phone interview in a few days. They advertised it as a M-F daytime and home every night with weekends off. He was pretty excited until he talked to another random driver at a truckstop who told him that Schneider messes with your pay and signs you up for a particular route and then switches you to other stuff. Basically bait/switch. Now he is losing interest.

Any SN Intermodal drivers here? Opinions? Any info appreciated. Thanks!
