    First payout 45 days after hire date = 20% of bonus total
    Second payout 90 days after hire date = 20% of bonus total
    Third payout 180 days after hire date = 20% of bonus total
    Fourth payout 1 year after hire date = 40% of incentive total

    Comes in increments……1st payment at first dispatch, usually, then, 30 days later etc. And it is taxed. And if you quit too soon, they take it back !

    on my 30 min break

    while I was an employee due to dedicated account circumstances they stepped up for us . In choosing a new dedicated position they offered a sign on bonus , normally reserved for new hires be they exp or inexp. It pays out at 45 days @ 20% from "contract" signing date, 90 days after FIRST payment - 20% , 6 months after first payment - 20% and the final 40% comes at a year from first payment.
