    CBT are compuetr based training. QSR's I believe are quarterly remedial training. SQT's are the final testing before they turn you loose on the rest of us by yourself.

    Just saw your profile exp level. your orientation will be like 3 days. Enough to do the paperwork , qualcomm and workflow and test you in a check ride. Whatever personal habits you have developed , set them aside and do everything by the book. easier that way IMO. For experienced guys I would think the expectation is you are already professional in everything you do.

    Thanks and I have been in and out of trucking for over 20 years so yes I do have some bad habits.
