| I'm in the Bulk Division so I can only attest to the standards there, but we are required to wear steel toe boots(one pair per year supplied by SNBC), long sleeve shirts(preferably SNBC logoed which you can get for $11 each), long pants, and no facial hair. Hope that helps |

| on the van side of the company, they could pretty much care less as long as you wear clothes (yes we all know there is drivers out there that will drive around the entire day wearing nothing but their skid mark stained underwear) and dont walk around the yards or the operating centers barefoot or in flip flops they could care less how long your hair is or how much facial hair you have either. |

| bulk has the standards because of the safety gear they must wear and the chemicals they handle van has some dress codes but mostly its look presentable and take a shower we on the van side just open the doors and hit the dock bulk unloads there trailers
