| There are arguments on both sides...if (as a driver)...you are already accustomed to running legal, not pinching off minutes or responsibilities, and if you are the type who gets the computer/paperwork done efficiently, then you probably won't have any problems with the program. On the other hand, if you are the type of driver that just drives till you are too tired to go any farther, don't keep up a log, don't handle the paperwork well, and don't know how to manage time effectively, this will cause major stress and heartache for you. There are going to be problems involved with gliches in the system, issues with LEO's and their systems when the two don't "communicate" with each others systems...dispatch overrides that can backfire and we all know when this happens...it's always the drivers fault!

| OtherhalfTW, When you say it's the drivers fault thats an understatement. I firmly believe when dispatch at Schnieder calls a driver at 5:45a.m. like "KEN" board 5533 and swears at a driver he should be fired immeadiately. I do not know his last name or I'd put that on here. Kevin La Comb being a DBL should get a backbone and stand up for the driver as well, not say because he swore at me first I had no right to say the same thing to him thru the qualcomm. If an accident would have taken place I wonder what would happen. |

| YankeeTexan, That may very well be. But Its exposing dispatch for something they have no buisness doing and it something you read, other people will read and word is getting around. It may not be the very exact board but as it was said by other people electronic logs will hopefully prevent accidents and this is a safety issue as well. |

| So then start a new thread TIMMM. This one is about electronic logs. You having an issue with somebody in Green Bay has nothing to do with safety. |
