When ever I go look in job posting websites, be it craigslist, or "so and so-help wanted.com", I am very concerned about a company who posts more than once per day or so. All the repetitive job postings either mean they can't keep drivers, or can't get drivers, and are desperate. And it is also annoying to do a search, see 200 results, for instance, and find that 125 or so are for the same company. If a company is a pretty good place to work, they wont need to try that hard to get employees in the door. Just my .02....

It's hard to name any carrier that isn't always advertising for help . Too many people want to be steering wheel holders. If you want good money sometimes you have to work for it.
