| Hi Mike, No trainer, we are running team and that is the set up. So it has been just over a week and it is pretty good, though we are getting some short runs, Went from Atlanta to Savannah to Atlanta to Jacksonville to Atlanta to Cincinnati to Harrisburg which is where we are on our way to now. | So we were in Charlotte after too many short runs and finally got some miles. We are on our way to Salt Lake now. That will put us over 5000 for the week.
