TEAM Needed DFW tx

"EXPERIENCED 48 State OTR TEAM"
Each Team Member must have no less then 5 Years Experience running OTR 48 State(No Canada)
MUST LIVE IN DFW AREA
Must have HazMat (you will not pull HazMat,its just required)
Must have no more then 1 Ticket on MVR
DUI/DWI or the like,dont even read any further.
YOUR BACKGROUND WILL BE THROUGHLY CHECKED!

Job is primarily(85-90%) D/H but some Customer loads require live load/unload.
100% Zero Touch Freight

Contractor is fair and always upfront and offers fair wages for those that "RUN"
He is very smart and(but) quite anal at times,
He knows this business inside and out and from every angle
and forgets "NOTHING"! (Leased to the same Company for 13+years)

You will be working for a paycheck as Sub-Contractors (no benefits,tax's etc)

You will have good weeks and you will have bad weeks,the Goal is 5K Loaded miles.You will be paid for all miles run.
The money you make depends on "YOU"!!
Pay will be discussed with Contractor in question.

YOU MUST UNDERSTAND!
This Trucking
No Place for Crybabies or emotional unstable individuals,you are not expected to run illegal by any means,but you will run or you will not not make your money,most likely will not last.
Your Logs will be read "Electronically"

Tractor is an 06 FL/Columbia Det.w/10spd.

A week is defined as Sunday to Sunday(midnight to midnight)
You will run 3 weeks (21 days)out and take 1 week off(7 days)
You will average 6.5 MPG!! (or feel the wrath)

Yeah, $1500-$1700 (average $1200) a week is pretty funny stuff

I do know that I see several red flags in the post and I am not the only one judging by the other replies. No need to be defensive, and I personally enjoyed my time at werner and would throughly consider returning to them long more then getting involved with the nightmarish world of subcontracting tax computing or risking working for free.

Let's be honest you give no indication as to a payrate. They want to find not one but two unicorns (5 years min exp with 1 ticket period lol yeah espeically with how dot loves to molest us truckers) but also hazmat req. No benefits. Making LESS then we did at Werner where we had full benefits. 1200/5000= .24cpm 1500/5000=.30cpm

And I bet that's not per driver (aka 1200 split = 600 each).

So I think you might need to clarify the pay part a bit.

But basically, you want 2 perfect expierenced drivers to make .30 split, no benefits, in a freightliner, out min 21 days running their butts off, doing their own taxes, for an o/o (scales luv o/o)....
