If you go to TMC web site they play this video that makes a lot of statements that are now false. (Like we wash the truck once a week) They have made some changes like everyone else, but still recruit under the old rules. Threads here have talk of them having problems, not paying bills, canceled easy pass, pre pass, And signing a sheet in orientation that says you owe them $700 if you quite prior to 6 months of service. Read the TMC threads, they are not what they used to be nor what they advertise to drivers. It's a Driver mill. If they have to lie to sign you on, don't. Update your Video in recruiting info TMC.

I wouldn't doubt it. Flatbed isn't doing very well right now anywhere.

Yes from what I can see they are. And when i went to sign on to them, I got a call back i had to send in all tax records to prove employment, Why? Because they can't afford to join the service (The Work Number) that verifies employment by computer. They are in trouble like many others. Only the strong will survive. Go look at their web site and compare notes in threads here with what they say. Like maybe 10% of what they say in the video still holds true. So it should be updated or taken down.

Flat Bed is Bad that is for sure, especially here in the northeast, winter is always a down time, but the past couple of years have been awful. I just left a FB carrier as an owner op, they pay by percentage, the rates are so low it is crazy, and to get paid to tarp or for detention for get a bout it. I am now going to try a company that runs dry vans and pays by the mile, at least I won't have to strap and tarp in the dead of winter and get zero compensation for it. Any how I am sure they are in trouble, how could they not be.
