I had a GOOD experience with this the other day at the family dollar depot in duncan, ok. The gate guard asked for photo ID when I was in the guardhouse with him, then said 'if it's in the truck don't worry about it, they don't really ask'.

Don't be a dummy with it and your chances of getting caught are very very low. I only used it for shippers and receivers, never carried it in my wallet.

Cheating on your logbook can also be a felony, but most drivers do it daily.
