    I've been to Red Gold in Alexandria, IN three times and have been very impressed every time. Checking in is quick and if the product is ready, they will load you early. The most impressive aspect is how polite everyone I've interacted with there is, they treat you with respect. They have their quirks, specifically all the info they need for the load and calling you onto the dock to confer with the loader as to how they are going to load but once they get started they knock it out quickly.

    Yeppers..'Red Gold / Alexandria, IN' is/was a very efficient facility. The simple things they do to make it quicker for the truck drivers makes you stop and think..."Why can't ALL these companies work this fast and efficient?" Hmmmmmmmm

    I've been to Red Gold many times and I agree everyone is friendly. All my loads were drop and hook so I dropped the empty in whatever door they told me and came back and got my paperwork, hooked up and left. In all the times I went there, I never had a problem.
