they suck...i was under their dock plate for 4 hours...the only reason only that long because of some well placed phone calls.

WOW -- 4 hours would be GOOD for the location down in Mcdonough, GA...

They INSIST that you drop the trailer for a day (or at least they did 2 years ago)...

Worked out OK for me since I live near there AND they paid me an extra $150 to do it!!!

i have been to that one in NJ and i didn't have a problem there. they are slow but i was out of there in about an hour and a half.
