We have a regular run here, and I love the hell out of it. We usually load from Nampa, ID so we run down 95 to 80 back to 95 to 6 and then 395 to 15, very scenic and not a lot of traffic until you're down by Boron, CA where 395 meets 58. On to GSF. You can park on the street there, check in, and they are pretty good at getting you in and out in a timely manner. Then there is parking when you're done, and it's a safe enough spot to drop your trailer and head to Farmer Boys for some eats. Only downside is the only restroom facilities there is a Johnny On The Spot and it's usually full and nasty. Other than that, no lumper fees, and the people are fairly pleasant to deal with.

Used to deliver MCD cheese and Canadian bacon to GSF in NC - always a timely unload, could lump myself, and pleasant folks.

Only 1.3 miles to Farmer Boys so I walked there and back. A good opportunity for decent food and needed exercise. Only been to that GSF once so far but I was in and out in an hour.

Every GSF I have been to have always been quick and easy, and the people are nice.
