Can't open the door because the box get's caught on the door mat. SIGH

I can't tell you how many times I've had to go out the window to get to the box.j/k

UPS is pretty cool up here....THEY usually ring the door bell and if Iam not here they put it in the back door.

Fed ex has never done that...THEY could care less if it's raining or if my package should get stolen, they would leave it right in front for the whole world to see.
About 10 years ago, a client sent me a fairly large x-mas package that was delivered by UPS.

UPS delivered the package to the porch, I am guessing to the front door. They gave the package to my Dalmatian. He destroyed the package over the entire acre. Called UPS and they stated the driver said there was no dog, but there was a dog house. They could not explain this.

I now specifically state to them NO PORCH DELIVERY ALLOWED. I am sure they would now see the 2 shepards I hope.

Fed-ex Is Fine Here

Surprising to hear that they are that bad else where. The Fed-Ex guys here are good to us. They rarley damage a shipment and all that deliver to us un-load and load without asking.

I have had a awful time with R & L carriers here in upstate NY. The guy would not back into the dock here cause he was afraid to...He would unload 300 to 400 lbs of freight onto the dock and then re assemble it on the pallett.......

Stinks to have a bad delivery guy/company.

He's afraid to back up to a dock? Why's that?

What, your 2 pistols and 1 rifle disappeared?

The dock at my office was in a weird position to the parking lot and I think he was just afraid to back up. I finally called R & L one time after he would back in with 3000lbs of freight for me and wanted to hand un-load it.

All other drivers with short trailers or the 53 foot ones could get in there.

"A weird position in the parking lot", you say?

Let me ask this. Are cars parked all around this door? That sounds like the problem. You certainly wouldn't get me to try and back 8'6" wide worth of trailer between 2 cars 8'8" apart.

I had cruise set at 75 and loaded lightly with a 525 under the hood. When I passed an exit there was a line haul just turning onto the ramp. 30 mins later he was on my bumper. Then I hit a good long pull out of Laramie WY headed east and lost him.
