Shouldn't be that hard to find, the biggest question is how big is it? If it is a larger plant, then odds are good that you could do a drop n hook, rather than sit around all day (auto plants can be almost as slow as grocery warehouses).

Every auto plant I was at with a flat bed they wanted the product I was bringing and got right after unloading me. Other than the time I showed up at Ford right at the union lunch break.
Another benefit of a flat over a van.
