Economy Transport Logistics

We took a load from Economy Transport Logistics, a broker out of Tampa, to be picked up in Barstow. My driver deadheaded down there from NorCal to find out that the load had been given to someone else.

We've now spent the last six months trying to get at least a 'truck ordered, not used' payment. Phyllis, the contact at the brokerage, says that it's the shipper's fault yet refuses to let us talk to her boss. She's very rude about the whole thing and I just wanted to throw this out there to let everyone know to be careful of situations like this. If you get a load from a small broker, make sure you've got the load...

i have gotten to the point if there is a truck ordered not used i just have the carrier bill my customer
