I have been to 3 of their plants now, and my record for getting loaded is 6 hours from the time my appointment was supposed to be.
They want you there fast, but never get in a hurry when you get there. I have been anywhere from 30 min to an hour early each time and I still wind up sitting along with all the other trucks that arrive at the same time. They seem to schedule 10 trucks for 3 docks.
Not to mention the smell! How people live next to one of those places is beyond me. The last one I went to was in N. Alabama right in the middle of town! Nice looking homes around as well.
