Some ###hole did this right in front of my apartment building today. I understand the between the trailers thing, but this lazy pig could have easily used one of the many restrooms at the event where he drank all the beer, half a block away. He turned away from the river, so boaters wouldn't see him, but was completely exposed to my entire apartment building. My wife and I were sitting on our living room couch when all of a sudden this guy exposes Stuart Little and begins watering the bushes. My wife was disgusted, I just tried to ignore it, but still...

I remember a case some time ago where this driver was in a shipper and they wouldn't let him use the restroom. He was there for many hours and they would not let him. He had to take a dump and went between two trailers at the dock and took a dump. He got fired and such...he WON his case though in court...WHY? Because he is human.

Where I go to get loads of powder, all of the shippers have bathrooms, or out door cans for us to use.. Some also provide free coffee, and the use of their break rooms, and machines.. Each yr they have a "DRIVER APRECIATION" day. On that day they have a cook out with all kinds of food and drinks.. So when you go to get loaded you can stop and eat and stay as long as your boss will allow.

Load up the pee bottles and magic bags, and right before you leave stuff them under your trailer tires. Also call in and complain to the head office of that company, they don't have a restroom, I don't have a trailer to put your stuff in.

Different plants (even the same co vary) Years ago I pulled out of London OH to Smyrna TN (nissan I think) The OH plant had a cafeteria and showers drivers could use. I pulled full loads out of there. The plant In TN would not allow drivers to use the inside restrooms. They had crab boxes outside for them. I pulled empty racks back to OH out of there.

I'd tell them "Well, piss on your load then", go back to the truck and call the boss who would call them, tell them the same thing, and find me another load. I don't wait all day anywhere unless the place is closed for the weekend. I like this company, lol.
