Yes I've seen this alot. Also seen companies callin on drivers for urinating outside. I don't recallif the drivers urionating outside were at a shipper/receiver that didn't allow restroom use.

There is a customer in Oshkosh Wi. called Pro Extrusions. there is a sign above the docks that tell you to Ring bell and wait, no drivers in the plant and NO RESTROOM facilities! Are you freakin kidding me! Way to take care of poeple servicing your buisness. As an LTL driver, doesnt bother me that i cant use their bathroom, i can go at my next stop but what about the guy or girl that drove all morning to get to your Facility?

Don't forget the ones that won't let u sit in the truck then u sit there for 12 hours after being on duty for 11 hours then they want you 770 miles down the road in 6 hours.

Most municipalities have laws against 'going' in public. Just because a business will not let you use their restroom won't save you from a fine.
I can't recall ever being at a place like this, but some of the restrooms I was directed to, they may as well not had one to offer.

Hummm ok that's interesting. Allow me to clarify has your original post had nothing to do with "TRAVEL CENTERS" nether did my statement. I'm referring to things that I have walked in and caught drivers doing red handed. Such has peeing in the sink which is why I do not use them and keep hand sanitiser in the truck. Or peeing in the trash can, on the wall and the floor. I even walked in on a guy taking a dump or the floor one night lucky me and I'm quoting here "Just showing this place what I think of them".

You know for all of the people that are talking about going outside of the truck. Let me toss a little food for thought out onto the table for you.

If you are "seen" doing this and the authorities are call you can be arrested for Indecent Exposure.

If there is a child or a school with in sight then it will be called something like "Lewd Acts In Front of a Minor". And you WILL be adding your name to a little list wherever you go for the rest of your life. And in case someone doesn't get what list I am talking about it's called having to register has a sex offender. Probably not worth it in the long run, 1lt bottle behind the curtain then find the nearest trash can IMO.

OH, THAT'S RIGHT, all of the "customers" employees are illiterate and are unable to read or write.
Just like truckdrivers are the only ones who wipe feces on the stalls in highway rest areas.

In most states, convictions (Lewd Acts; Indecent Exposure) have been overturned when the "act" was not of a "Sexual" nature and many states have written NEW laws addressing this.
