I took a job offer with Halliburton cement for the Elmendorf/San Antonio,Tx yard. I will be attending orientation on Aug 7. I will be posting updates on here, time permitting....with that being said, anyone in here that just took a job offer with them?

Texas Bound and Patrickm213 Thank this.

I have an interview event in odessa on July 29. Do they hire right on the spot or how does the process work? How did it go for you guys?

How slow? After your interview how long before you hear anything else?

I received a call about an offer an hour I left the interview. After that there is a lot of waiting for emails and getting your ducks in a row so you can start when they want you to i.e. CDL permit, medical exams, background check.

Thanks for the response. I already have my CDL hopefully everything is quicker.

Where did you do your interview at? Was it like a seminar then interviews afterwards?
