Luther G. Davis's Final road

This is Luther Davis's son. I'm posting that on May 30, 2008 my father passed in his truck out in Needles California. He was hauling a load to Las Vegas, then heading home to Florida. He evidently had a heart attack. He was the strongest man I'd ever know and will probably ever know. He died as a true gentleman. He obviously knew something was wrong because he pulled his truck off to the side of the road, angled the nose of his rig towards the guardrail so he was sure that his truck wouldn't move and fell to sleep. Luther Davis was from the Orlando Florida area. He'd just turned 50, and was in great health. This comes as a complete surprise to the family. To those who may have known him, the family thanks each and every one of you for keeping dad company out on the road. Without you, I don't think he'd of been the man he was. Dad enjoyed driving, he enjoyed the long roads, and he enjoyed you. Every trip he'd come home, he'd tell us stories about different driver's he'd of met out on the road, you where his extended family.

THANK YOU!

Thats sad
Sounds like he was a caring man, to consider others while not feeling well
The nice thing about having a great father is you have a good path to follow
Good luck
