That was the beauty of Jerry Reed. As his songs and acting showed, he had a great sense of humor. He was a rare man. All the fame never changed him. He remained one of those people you could imagine sitting down at a barbecue and talking over a beer or telling jokes to each other on the fishing boat.

Snowman is what got me liking the W900 that he drove. The GMC was good too but the 900 was real truck. God bless his family and may he RIP.

RIP Jerry.One of the finest to ever pick up a six string and yes, I love the Snowman.Saw the news of his death on a guitar site the week-end he died and I must admit, it choked me up!Little late on the RIP here, but hey, a bump for the Snowman.SON!!!
