Truck Driver Found Dead In Parked Tractor-Trailer

Quote:
A truck driver from New Mexico was found dead in the sleeping compartment of his tractor-trailer on Wednesday at a Greene County truck stop.
A report filed by Deputy Sheriff Jeff Caudill said the body of Kenneth W. Fratus, 53, of Las Cruses, New Mexico, was discovered Wednesday morning by an employee of the 4-Sisters truck stop at Interstate 81's Exit 30.
The Sheriff's Department report said the truck in which Fratus' body was found had been parked on the lot at the truck stop since Sept. 24.
A truck stop employee who had gone to check the parked vehicle discovered the body when she looked through one of the truck's windows, according to the report.

I would think the truck stops would check their lots a little more. How sad
