NHRA - AHDRA merger?

anyone heard about the NHRA taking over organizational duties for the AHDRA?

I know the NHRA will host more top fuel Harley events in conjunction with normal "points" events...

dunno - I would hate it if they whittle the ahdra down to one or two classes....

I have competed in hot street (1999 to present) - and pro fuel (1998-2000) and liked the small biz feel of the AHDRA...

NHRA tracks tend to force people into one or two levels of comp....

and MONEY rules (always) in NHRA

Wow I've heard nothing about it. I haven't been following drag racing as much this year either though. I am a huuuuge drag racing fan though. I love watching nostalgia drags. Top Fuel/Funny Car has gotten way out of hand in my opinion.

Thumbs up

Force is still in hospital here in Dallas. He is on the sports every night and is still hilarious. Monday he was pretty somber, but now he says he will be back driving in a month.Says Coil will build him another heap and he will try not to tear it up to soon. Gotta love the guy. I was at Tx Motorplex a few yrs ago when Eddie Hill had a REAL bad wreck. I still don't know how he survived that one. The man upstairs looks out for these guys.
