Whats Goodells motivation for bringing up an issue brought about by the people who employ him? The owners. Could it be the owners want a drastic change in the colletive bargaining agreement? This was nothing more than a PR move by the league to garner public support ,knowing that an ugly and prolonged fight over salaries is in the future. __________________
