Once again, I think we have someone calling out Rush who doesn't really listen to his show, but rather gets his info from the spin the 'drive-by' media is so adept at spewing.

I have been listening to Rush since the early 90's and have never heard a racist or sexist comment. Many of his fans, staff and regular callers are black, women or both. You really should listen before you criticize.

I have heard him call the president a 'fool', 'naive', and a 'spoiled man-child' - all of which i agree; but could you provide a link to Rush calling him an 'idiot' - I'm calling BS on that one.

On a completely unrelated side note - Glenn Beck is calling Obama a radical, is accusing him of bringing Marxist, Socialist and Communist into the White House and giving them unprecedented power.

To back his position, he has provided the White House with a 'hot line' to call his show if he states anything inaccurately; sadly, that phone has yet to ring.

Personally, I would rather have an idiot in the office than a Marxist, Socialist or Communist.

Again...take a deep breath and grow up....

grow up and calm down so we can have a dialogue....

Like I said...(since you want to bring color in on this...) there are plenty of white skin conservatives already in leadership positions in the NFL...and owners...infact the NFL donates more to the Republican party than to the Dem party...

2. Rush Limbaugh wasnt denied the bid cause he's white...or due to his conservitism....(by you using that excuse your no different than so called 'blacks who blame everything on color or racism) infact your doing the exact same thing...you can't criticize people who's behavior you mimic...

3. Minority and scum...is to vague of terms...be more specific...name me one minority...and or scum...who your refering too.

4. If your refering to Jalo and the other dolphins celeb partial owners...they're musicians...they sing songs that people listen to in clubs and party to and dance to...people of all colors...

5. Politics a very divisive...it borderlines on hate and murder...the NFL doesnt need that kind of strife in the league...politics has done nothing good for America...and it won't do nothing good for the NFL...

I mean if your sentiment expresses the average Rush Limbaugh listener...angry, full of generalizations and having preconcieved ideas that all non whites are scum...then I can see why the NFL doesnt want Rush or his listeners anywhere near the league...

The NFL is a very conservitaly ran league...Rush was kept out, not cause he's a conservative, but because of the insulting antics on his show...

It's a business decision...

Rush limbaugh, Sean and all the rest of them, are setting a bad example of how the next Republican Presidant should be recieved...

By them relentlessly picking at, mocking, degrading the President...they are already setting the tone for how the next Rep President will be recieved...

In other words...5th grade childhood antics...

Now when the next Rep guy or gal gets into office...no matter how nice or good for the country they may be...all the people who were insulted by Rush and the rest will simply return the favor and attack just for the sake of attacking...

Rush, Sean and all the rest haven't shown any class...they have set a bad example...and so won't be able to take any moral high ground when the next Rep Pres gets slandered and mercilessly ridiculed...

I see a terrible pattern developing here...that's why politics is so corrosive...it's peer emotion...there is no common sense...

The Republicans and Dems say they love Democracy...but they only love it when it goes their way...

News people...in a Democracy...you don't always get your way...
If you only want a Rep in office all the time...then start a dictatorship where only Rep rule...like Cuba or Iran...same goes for Dems...

But in a Democracy..we vote...and the tide changes about every 4 years...that's how the forefathers wanted it...

But we have become selfish and spoiled...and only want to be patriotic when someone from our party is President...

If you love America...you will love it all the time...not just when someone in your party is in office...

After who we have now... the next one will be received with open arms....

Nope...not true...you gotta realize...outside of the frenzied talk radio listeners...and audience...most don't really care about politics...

Most don't care and don't see how it's relavent to their daily lives...most are to busy working, fishing, hunting, dancing, watching tv, ice skating, playing sports, ect ect...

So unless your into the doom and gloom talk radio crowd...you probably think things are going just fine...

Infact...unless I'm listening to Angry depressing talk radio...In my daily life and routine...I can't even tell there's been a Presidential change...

My life is exactly the same now, as it was 10 months ago...
And that's the mindset of most...

You gotta realize, not everyone is glued to their radios...for example...I'm in a office setting right now...and none of these people are thinking about politics...their working...

So outside of the talk radio circiute...most think and feel the countries doing just fine...

Why would I possibly need to take a deep breath? I feel no anxiety at all. And I have trouble having an intelligent dialogue with some one who failed 6th grade spelling.

Now we got that out of the way-I said quite clearly to the discerning reader that I had no problems whether Mr Limbaugh got a team or not. Only that the same rules apply to all applicants. Period. You are the one reading way too much into my post Child of some Ghost.
I rarely listen to Rush- another conclusion you jumped to on your own. But just as many people find current owners language, behavior, and bodies of work at least as offensive as Limbaugh's. So if he is to be banned they should be as well. Period. Their popularity with the players or others has to be over looked if all is to be fair. The fact that said current owners are not white, yellow, etc is also a fact. That is all.
