I'm really amazed at this company in a good way. First company I've worked with that seems to actually and genuinely care as long as you do your job. I hope it continues like this.

I go home tomorrow then get back to it on Monday. Hopefully I can convince them to send me a fuel book and some other paperwork I need before I leave out again. lol.

I left the house Monday morning for my second month out and it's already been a hectic week in a good way. I'm finishing up a reset tonight in Houston and already had a 1600 mile plan ready to go for Monday morning. Looks like I'll be tearing up the east this week. That's my update for now hope everyone has an awesome and safe weekend.

So things started good than got alittle ugly due to some other guy who did not want to load his own load in Ga. They asked me to and i did it, but than the lazy ### missed not 1 but 2 load times for my load. So after i got his loaded and to the drop yard in atlanta company told me to go load it myself but i only had 20 minutes left on my clock for the day so they said they would get another guy that was also at the yard to get it for me. he broke down but got it loaded got back to me the next morning we started to switch when the QC went nuts. they took the load back off me and gave me crap load. screwed up the week. first week 2000 second 1000 third 4400 miles fourth week 2000 still working though. not sure what my first first week was as they bounced me home to get my wife and personal stuff so really not counting but i think it was around 1800. I am happy for the most part other than forced dispatch and not my truck. I have been trying to get ahold of the lady about leasing a truck since i heard a bunch of guys bought outright and turned in the lease truck. but cant seem to get her and no return calls from here. Ill keep trying but i have this missing feeling in my gut and can seem to calm it. NEED MY OWN RIG>>>>>

Who do you have to talk to? I've got another friend who's been complaining about the same thing. Can't get the "powers to be" to call back about their lease purchase program.

when i signed my lease the "powers that be" mentioned that they really don;t like switching company drivers over to lease purchase not a great success rate on the transition and if you do fail as a lp driver they are less likely to rehire you ....might be part of the prob
